Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Luxury Travel Consultant to curate bespoke travel experiences for a high-net-worth clientele. This fully remote role lets you design tailor-made itineraries, source exclusive accommodations, and manage complex travel arrangements from your home office.

You will provide expert advice on destinations, assist with visas and insurance, maintain strong supplier relationships, and deliver exceptional pre- and post-trip support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Luxury Travel Consultant or Travel Advisor with a strong portfolio of curated luxury trips.
• In-depth knowledge of global destinations, luxury resorts, boutique hotels, and unique experiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales acumen and a proven ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and CRM software; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying client schedules and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, needs, and budget for luxury trips.
• Design and plan bespoke, high-end itineraries for domestic and international destinations.
• Source and book exclusive accommodations, transportation, private tours, and experiences.
• Maintain relationships with luxury travel suppliers and partners.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and local customs.
• Manage all bookings, pre-travel documentation, and client communications.
• Offer 24/7 support to clients during their travels.
• Stay updated on luxury travel trends and industry innovations.
• Develop client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional service and product knowledge.
