Placements24 seeks a Remote Luxury Travel Designer to craft bespoke itineraries for high-net-worth clients from a South Africa-based home office. You will curate exclusive experiences, consult with clients to capture their travel aspirations and budgets, and manage all bookings globally with a focus on flawless execution.

You will stay ahead of luxury trends, source premier accommodations, and build long-term relationships with luxury suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury travel design or similar high-end travel roles.
• Ability to design complex itineraries for international luxury travel.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations, luxury accommodations and experiences.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems; GDS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate bespoke luxury travel itineraries for high-net-worth individuals.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand travel goals, budgets and requirements.
• Research and select exclusive accommodations, experiences, and premium transport globally.
• Manage all bookings (flights, hotels, tours, activities) with seamless execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury suppliers, hotels and DMCs worldwide.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, nuances and logistics.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries with exceptional pre- and post-travel support.
• Stay updated on luxury travel trends and new experiences.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations for bespoke designs.
• Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through outstanding service.
