Placements24 partners with a cutting-edge tech company to recruit a Remote Lead Product Manager to drive beauty tech innovations from ideation to launch. This fully remote leadership role demands a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of beauty trends and consumer electronics or software platforms.

You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and guide cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience.
Leadership experience in a cross-functional setting.
Experience launching consumer-facing technology products.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Remote-first work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for beauty tech innovations.
Conduct market, competitive, and user research to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and specifications.
Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Prioritize features based on value, impact, and feasibility.
