Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified meetings with potential clients.

This remote role leverages LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to build a healthy pipeline while maintaining high-quality outreach and concise communications.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and sequences.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
