Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Aviation Security Manager to lead our security program from anywhere. You will develop and implement robust aviation security policies, conduct risk assessments, and oversee access control, surveillance, and screening processes while ensuring compliance with TSA, ICAO, and other regulations.

You will also manage and train a remote security team, fostering a proactive security culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in aviation security management.
• Experience leading and developing remote security teams.
• Strong knowledge of aviation security principles, threat assessment, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust aviation security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats.
• Oversee the implementation of security measures, including access control, surveillance, and screening processes.
• Manage and train security personnel, fostering a professional and vigilant team.
• Ensure compliance with national and international aviation security regulations (e.g., TSA, ICAO).
• Investigate security incidents, develop response plans, and implement corrective actions.
