About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and connected Remote Aviation Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across their global operations. This role is instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for a wide range of positions within the aviation industry, from pilots and engineers to operational and administrative staff. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies and your understanding of the aviation job market to build a robust talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for aviation roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates in the competitive aviation market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter , with a significant portion focused on the aviation industry .
• Deep understanding of aviation roles, terminology, and the candidate landscape.
• Expertise in using various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet challenging recruitment targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
