Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a driven Aviation Operations Specialist to join our team remotely. You will coordinate flight schedules, support crews and stakeholders across time zones, and help optimize operational efficiency in a global operations environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field and at least 3 years of aviation operations and flight coordination experience, with strong organizational, communication, and software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation operations, flight coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of flight planning, air traffic control procedures, and international aviation regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in aviation operations software and standard office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor flight schedules and operational status, proactively identifying and resolving potential disruptions.
• Coordinate with ground handling agents, air traffic control, and flight crews to ensure smooth aircraft turnarounds and on-time performance.
• Manage flight documentation, including operational plans, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide timely and accurate operational updates to internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Utilize aviation software and systems to track aircraft movements and operational data.
