Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Aviation Compliance Specialist to support operations from anywhere. You will develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide expert guidance on regulatory matters to ensure safety and legality of aviation services.

This senior role emphasizes analyzing regulatory changes, training staff, and coordinating with authorities while offering remote work flexibility and a focus on continuous improvement in compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation compliance, regulatory affairs, or aviation law.
• In-depth knowledge of national and international aviation regulations.
• Experience with developing and implementing Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage aviation compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, ICAO).
• Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and documentation to aviation authorities.
• Stay abreast of changes in aviation law and regulations, advising the company on necessary adjustments.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters and best practices.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
