The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aviation regulatory compliance, deep SACAA knowledge, and proven experience developing compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of aviation regulatory compliance experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SACAA and awareness of EASA/FAA standards.
• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs.
• Strong reporting and communication skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret aviation regulations from SACAA, EASA, and FAA and assess their impact.
• Develop and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and identify compliance gaps and improvements.
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies and authorities.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors during reviews.
• Provide training and guidance on regulatory requirements in a remote setting.
