Placements24 is seeking a knowledgeable and diligent Remote Aviation Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to aviation regulations and standards. You will develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs across the organization, working remotely with multiple departments to uphold safety and regulatory integrity.

The role requires deep knowledge of ICAO and SACAA regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex requirements clearly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Compliance Specialist in aviation.
• Knowledge of ICAO, SACAA and other aviation regulations.
• Experience implementing compliance management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage aviation compliance programs and policies.
• Monitor changes in aviation laws and assess impact.
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance status.
• Prepare reports to regulatory authorities.
• Provide staff training on compliance requirements.
• Investigate issues and recommend corrective actions.
