Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Aviation Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to global aviation regulations while working remotely. You will develop and manage comprehensive compliance programs, conduct internal audits, and advise management on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Aviation Management or related field.
• 8+ years in aviation compliance, regulatory affairs or safety management.
• Knowledge of SACAA, EASA, FAA regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent report-writing and remote communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with aviation regulations.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure safety and standards.
• Investigate breaches, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure inspections and approvals.
