Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with a strong focus on diagnostics.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex issues across various vehicle makes and models.
Responsibilities
- Analyze vehicle diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and live data streams remotely.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to field technicians via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Research and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer technical databases.
- Develop and document solutions for recurring diagnostic challenges, contributing to a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify product issues and potential improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of diagnostic findings and resolutions for reporting purposes.
