Placements24 is seeking an organized Arts Administrator / Project Manager to join a fully remote team delivering artistic projects from conception through completion. You will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.

This role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and accountability, with the opportunity to work with artists, vendors, and partners across the arts & entertainment sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Arts Administration or Project Management, preferably within Arts & Entertainment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of artistic projects according to defined objectives and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
• Coordinate with artists, vendors, and partners to facilitate project requirements and collaborations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence.
• Communicate project updates and potential risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely information flow.
