Placements24 seeks a highly creative Remote Architectural Designer to spearhead conceptual design and early-stage development for projects originating from Paarl and beyond. Work remotely to shape the initial vision, craft compelling design narratives, and explore innovative approaches with a distributed team.

The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker with exceptional graphic and presentation skills, capable of collaborating digitally with colleagues and clients across locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Design or related field with strong conceptual design focus.
• Proven experience in architectural conceptualization and early-stage design development.
• Advanced proficiency in design/visualization software listed (Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion).
• Strong portfolio illustrating innovative design thinking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop groundbreaking architectural concepts and design proposals for diverse projects.
• Create visualizations, sketches and digital models to articulate design ideas.
• Collaborate with remote architects, clients, and project managers via virtual platforms.
