Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• 8+ years of experience in architectural design with emphasis on conceptualization and visualization.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling (Rhino, SketchUp) and rendering (V-Ray, Enscape).
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and communicate effectively in virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase for diverse architectural projects.
• Create high-quality renderings, visualizations, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with remote project managers, architects, and clients to refine designs.
• Research and integrate new materials and sustainable design practices.
• Develop schematic designs and development packages for remote reviews and client approval.
