Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design thinking and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for diverse projects.
• Guide and mentor a team of architectural designers, fostering a creative environment.
• Develop design strategies and present proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality, innovation, and adherence to project briefs and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to maintain design integrity through all phases.
• Champion sustainable design principles and integrate them into the process.
