Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Designer for a fully remote role. You will lead design development, conceptualization, and high-quality visualisations, collaborating with project managers, clients, and technical teams to ensure design integrity across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities include leading design teams, delivering architectural drawings, and advancing innovative design technologies in a remote-first setting from your home office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related design discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and advanced rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape).
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage design processes.
• Experience delivering complex projects remotely.
• Strong spatial reasoning and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client briefs and project objectives.
• Create high-quality architectural drawings, detailed models, and persuasive presentations using advanced design software.
• Oversee and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance design studio environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure seamless integration of design and technical requirements.
• Conduct thorough design reviews and provide expert feedback to refine and elevate design outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovative design technologies to inform project strategies.
