Placements24 is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Remote Architectural Visualization Specialist to join their innovative team. You will transform architectural designs into photorealistic images and animations, collaborating with architects and designers to communicate project vision for marketing and presentations.

Based remotely near Mahikeng, you will leverage top visualization software to produce compelling visuals, manage multiple projects, and stay ahead of industry trends

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualization Specialist or 3D Artist with a strong portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino) and rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, Unreal Engine).
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory in architectural representation.
• Experience with image editing software (Photoshop) for post-production.
• Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration with design teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality architectural renderings, visualizations, and animations from 3D models and CAD files.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project aesthetics and requirements for visualizations.
• Optimize 3D models and scenes for efficient rendering and high-performance output.
• Select and apply appropriate textures, lighting, and post-production effects to achieve photorealistic results.
• Manage visualization projects, timelines, and deliverables in a remote setting.
