Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote Architectural Designer to join our fully remote team, serving clients worldwide from Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will develop design concepts and produce detailed drawings, collaborating with colleagues and clients virtually.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture, at least 5 years of experience, and strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Excellent virtual communication and a disciplined home office setup are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related design field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other industry-standard design software.
• Strong remote work discipline and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop architectural designs, remotely.
• Create precise 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using BIM tools.
• Collaborate with virtual project teams, clients and consultants.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates online.
• Conduct virtual site analyses and feasibility studies as required.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and project briefs.
