You will collaborate with remote teams, translate client objectives into design narratives, and advocate design excellence while mentoring staff. This is a senior, remote leadership position with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design.
• Strong conceptual design skills and leadership capability.
• Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design development for a range of architectural projects, ensuring innovation and quality.
• Guide and mentor design teams, fostering a creative and collaborative remote working environment.
• Develop compelling design narratives and presentations for client engagement and approvals.
• Ensure design solutions are technically sound, contextually appropriate, and meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to integrate technical requirements with design vision.
