Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field with specialization in digital design.
• 10+ years in architectural practice, with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit), Grasshopper, and advanced rendering engines.
• Experience leading remote teams and managing digital workflows.
• Strong understanding of architectural theory, tech trends, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and development of complex digital architectural designs.
• Direct and mentor a remote team of designers and drafters.
• Develop and implement standards for digital modeling, BIM integration, and VR applications.
• Collaborate with clients to present and refine digital design proposals.
• Oversee creation of high-fidelity renderings and virtual walkthroughs for presentations.
• Ensure designs comply with codes, specifications, and sustainability goals.
