Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator to join their fully remote team. You will manage BIM processes, maintain model integrity, and support collaboration across architectural projects, with the team hub in Nelspruit.

The role emphasizes clash detection, training, and seamless integration of BIM across disciplines, including structural and MEP, delivering accurate documentation from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years BIM coordination and management experience.
• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 or similar.
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Experience training teams in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Coordinate BIM models across multiple projects.
• Conduct regular clash detection analyses and resolve issues.
• Provide technical BIM training to architects and designers.
• Ensure BIM data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with structural and MEP for integrated models.
