Placements24 is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager for a fully remote finance team, based from Mahikeng, North West. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, oversee invoicing, collections, and AR processes, and build robust financial relationships with clients to support the company’s financial health.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, at least 4 years in accounts management or AR, proficiency with Xero or QuickBooks and CRM systems, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years in accounts management, AR, or related financial role.
• Experience with accounting software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts with accurate, timely invoicing.
• Oversee accounts receivable, including collections and dunning activities.
• Reconcilе AR balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and address financial inquiries.
• Implement and improve AR policies and procedures.
• Monitor creditworthiness and manage credit limits.
• Prepare regular AR status, aging, and collections reports.
• Collaborate with sales/ops for onboarding and transactions.
• Assist with month-end close and financial statement prep.
