Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments, including checks, EFTs, and credit card payments.
• Accurately post payments to client accounts in the accounting system.
• Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts via phone and email.
• Resolve outstanding issues to close aged receivables.
