Placements24 is seeking an analytical chemist to join the remote QA team in Paarl. You will develop, validate, and execute analytical methods to ensure product quality and purity in a virtual lab environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, MS, and related techniques, along with strong data analysis and GLP/GMP knowledge. Excellent communication and independent work abilities are essential for success in this remote setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years in analytical method development and validation.
• Proficiency with HPLC, GC, MS and other analytical techniques.
• Strong understanding of GMP/ISO regulations and GLP.

Mansioni

• Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Perform analyses using HPLC, GC, MS, ICP and other instrumentation.
• Interpret data, troubleshoot instrument issues, and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Prepare certificates of analysis and documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with R&D and production to support development and troubleshooting.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and adherence to GLP.
