Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace/aeronautical engineering or related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated experience in aircraft performance analysis or flight operations engineering.
- Proficiency in performance analysis software and data manipulation tools.
- Strong understanding of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and thermodynamics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze flight data recorder (FDR) and other operational data to assess aircraft performance characteristics.
- Identify opportunities for fuel savings, operational efficiencies, and improved flight planning.
- Develop and validate performance models for various aircraft types.
- Prepare detailed reports and present performance analysis findings to clients and internal teams.
- Stay abreast of advancements in aircraft technology and performance optimization techniques.
