Placements24 is seeking an Aircraft Performance Analyst to join our client's operations team in Pretoria. You will analyze flight data, optimize fuel efficiency, and support flight planning, collaborating with dispatch and engineering to improve safety and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience, with strong data analysis skills in Excel, Python, or MATLAB. A hybrid work model offers flexibility in Gauteng.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft performance analysis or flight operations support.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Python, or MATLAB.

Responsibilities

Analyze flight data to evaluate aircraft performance, fuel burn, and efficiency metrics.
Develop and refine flight planning strategies to optimize routes, altitudes, and payload.
Monitor and report on aircraft performance deviations and potential operational inefficiencies.
Collaborate with dispatch and flight crews to provide real-time performance support during operations.
