Placements24 is seeking an AI Ethicist & Policy Analyst to join our fully remote team. You will research, develop, and advocate for policies and frameworks that govern AI's impact, working closely with technical teams, legal counsel, and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has advanced degrees in ethics or related fields, a strong understanding of AI concepts, and experience in policy analysis or advocacy.

Competenze

• Master's or PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, Sociology, or related field with tech/AI focus.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their ethical implications.
• Experience in policy analysis, development, or advocacy, preferably in tech.
• Knowledge of ethical frameworks, human rights, and AI regulation.
• Excellent research, analytical and written communication skills.
• Experience remote collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to navigate complex ethical dilemmas and provide pragmatic solutions.
• Passion for promoting responsible and beneficial AI.
