Placements24 is seeking a Remote AI Ethicist & Governance Lead to establish and champion responsible AI practices across the organization. You will shape the ethical framework and governance policies for AI initiatives, ensuring AI systems are fair, transparent, and accountable.

In this senior, fully remote role, you will collaborate with legal, compliance, and engineering teams, conduct risk assessments, develop training, and stay current with global regulations. A master's or Ph.D.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or a related field with technology ethics focus.
• Minimum 5 years in AI ethics, responsible AI, technology governance, or policy development.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and societal implications.
• Experience developing ethical frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and their AI intersection.
