The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BD/sales within agriculture, strong networking skills, and proficiency with CRM software. Travel within Limpopo is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or related role, with preference for agriculture or rural development.
• Strong understanding of Limpopo's agricultural landscape and drivers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and virtual collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural sector in northern Limpopo and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, cooperatives, agribusinesses, and government agencies.
• Conduct market research to understand the region's agricultural needs and challenges.
• Promote and present technology solutions through virtual meetings, webinars, and online demos.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
• Provide market insights feedback to product development team.
• Meet defined business development and sales targets for the region.
