You will identify growth opportunities, build stakeholder networks including farmers, cooperatives, and financial partners, and lead multi‑phase development projects from concept to funding.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a track record in agribusiness development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Agribusiness, Economics, Business).
• Minimum 7 years in agribusiness management, project development, or advisory roles.
• Proven success in developing agribusiness strategies and projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new opportunities in the agribusiness sector.
• Develop and implement plans for market entry and expansion.
• Lead negotiations for partnerships and supply agreements.
• Develop business cases to secure funding and investment.
• Oversee implementation of development projects with timely delivery.
• Provide advisory services to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Organize workshops and networking events for stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes to senior management.
