Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Agency Sales Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote (South Africa) role focused on thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication using tools like LinkedIn Sales

Qualifications

B2B sales experience with quota carrying background preferred.
2 years in SDR/BDR or similar roles; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
