As a B2B SDR, you will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. This is thoughtful outreach, not spam, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals with high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred with quota carrying background.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
