Job summary

Initiate, a fast-growing iGaming and sports betting group, is seeking a Sales Director, Africa to lead regional growth, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue across the continent.

This remote leadership role requires a proven senior B2B sales track record in iGaming, a strong operator network across Africa, and the ability to close high-value deals while traveling as needed, working with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent partner experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven senior B2B sales or commercial leadership in iGaming or sports betting.
• Strong network of operator relationships across African markets.
• Experience negotiating high-value commercial agreements.
• Willingness to travel across Africa and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy across African markets.
• Identify and secure new B2B partnerships with operators, affiliates, and stakeholders.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiations to contract signature.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver partner experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities.
• Represent the business at international conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and achieve revenue targets.
