Job summary

Initiate is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across Africa for our global iGaming technology solutions. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, closing complex B2B deals, and representing an international brand in fast-growing markets.

You will own the sales journey from engagement to contract and collaborate with product, legal, compliance and tech teams to tailor commercial solutions while expanding the regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior business development or B2B sales experience in iGaming.
• Proven ability to sell gaming platforms, aggregation, casino tech or related solutions into African markets.
• Strong existing network with African operators, regulators, affiliates or industry contacts.
• Solid understanding of regulatory/licensing requirements across multiple African jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads, build pipelines and close high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic BD plan across African iGaming markets.
• Manage full B2B sales lifecycle from prospecting to sign-off.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline via lead generation, market research and networking.
• Create tailored commercial proposals and presentations for operators.
• Represent the company at iGaming conferences and events across Africa and internationally.
• Foster relationships with operators, partners and key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding and delivery of new clients.
