Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across the country. You will research, source, and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients using tools like LinkedIn and Salesforce.

This is a remote, full-time role focused on thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition, and meeting volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo; Salesforce experience helpful.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops.
