Qualifikationen

• B2B sales experience with quota handling preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role preferred.
• Strong written communication and personalization skills.
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

• Source and research target accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
