Job summary

Assist World is looking for a meticulous Accounting Virtual Assistant to support a CFO of a family-owned construction firm and a furniture retail store. This is a full-time remote position for someone with hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online, Ramp, and Gusto. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day bookkeeping, processing payroll, generating financial reports, and handling accounts payable/receivable. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual ready to start immediately with a competitive salary of $1,000 - $1,200 per month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
• Direct experience using Ramp for expense management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities in QuickBooks Online.
• Process payroll and manage employee records in Gusto.
• Generate financial reports and maintain organised financial records.
