Pavago is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support our finance and operations teams remotely. You will manage AR, AP, sales commissions, and reconciliations while maintaining accurate records in our systems.

You will collaborate with sales and finance, ensure timely invoicing and payments, and generate reports. Salesforce, QuickBooks or Bill.com, and advanced Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Salesforce experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or Bill.com.
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Manage Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, track balances, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Manage Accounts Payable: process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Calculate and process sales commissions based on plans.
• Assist with daily/monthly reconciliations and month-end close.
• Generate financial and operational reports and reconcile data across systems.
