Qualifications

• B2B sales background is preferred and quota experience is a plus.
• Two years in SDR/BDR or similar roles, agency or SaaS experience is advantageous.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable managing your own CRM and pipeline in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and research target accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
