Blacksmith Agency is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book qualified meetings to drive pipeline for our agency clients.

In this remote role, you will use tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean data, and contribute to quick, high-quality outreach that opens doors for the sales team.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota attainment.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, SaaS or agency preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Proficient with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide feedback to the sales team.
