Qualifications

• Essential: Registered Pharmacist with SAPC.
• Retail Pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of SAPC regulations and compliance.
• Stock, cost, risk and compliance management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care and safe dispensing.
• Oversee stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping and admin per SAPC regulations.
• Support dispensary viability by achieving clinic targets.
• Mentor Pharmacist Assistants and Interns per SAPC requirements.
• Lead customer service initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
