Clicks Group is recruiting a Pharmacist for Clicks Pharmacy, reporting to the Pharmacy Manager. The role focuses on efficient dispensary operation and delivering high standards of pharmaceutical care to meet sales and compliance targets.

You will ensure accurate dispensing, provide SAPC-compliant advice, manage stock, support training of Pharmacist Assistants, and drive exceptional customer service and loyalty across the clinic and healthcare aisles.

Qualifications

• Essential: Registered Pharmacist with SAPC.
• Knowledge of SAPC regulations and ethical standards.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient dispensary operation and high standards of pharmaceutical care to meet sales and compliance targets.
• Provide safe dispensing, generic substitution, and SAPC-compliant advice.
• Manage dispensary stock, shrinkage, housekeeping, and administration per standards.
• Develop Pharmacist Assistants and Interns to meet SAPC requirements.
• Deliver customer service initiatives to drive loyalty and club card targets.
• Build relationships with centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres to achieve objectives.
• Integrate with clinic/healthcare aisle to offer full customer healthcare solutions.
