Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Durban is seeking a registered pharmacist to oversee dispensary operations, ensure high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate dispensing, and compliant practice in line with SAPC guidelines.

You will lead stock management, training of Pharmacist Assistants and Interns, and collaborate with centre managers and clinics to deliver excellent customer service and a full healthcare offering.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with SAPC registration is essential.
• Knowledge of SAPC regulations and legal practice required.
• Experience in dispensing, stock, and customer care in a retail pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care and accurate dispensing in line with SAPC guidelines.
• Efficiently manage dispensary operations, stock, shrinkage and administration.
• Train and mentor Pharmacist Assistants and Interns as required.
• Drive customer service initiatives to enhance patient experience and loyalty.
• Collaborate with centre managers, suppliers and DCs to meet objectives.
• Work with clinic teams to offer comprehensive healthcare services.
