Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to lead dispensary operations, ensure safe dispensing and high levels of pharmaceutical care. You will manage stock, training and patient counselling while aligning with SAPC rules and company standards.

You will collaborate with clinics and suppliers to deliver comprehensive health solutions, drive customer service excellence and help meet sales and compliance targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care with accurate and safe dispensing.
• Efficient stock management and administration in line with SAPC regulations.
• Support operational viability of the dispensary and clinics targets.
• Oversee training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Interns per SAPC requirements.
• Drive customer service initiatives to enhance patient experience and loyalty.
• Build relationships with centre managers, suppliers, DCs to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with clinic and healthcare aisle to offer comprehensive health solutions.
