Job summary

Pedros Chicken is seeking a Manager Trainer to oversee regional training across allocated Pedros stores. The role focuses on coaching to uphold Standard Operating Procedures, optimizing training efficiency, and leading large-scale rollouts.

You will influence restaurant leadership to maintain operational standards. Responsibilities include conducting sessions, mentoring staff, tracking attendance, and supporting new store openings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in restaurant or fast-food service management or training roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to go the extra mile.
• Ability to write professional reports and use POS/MICROS systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on food preparation per SOPs.
• Mentor and upskill trainees and new employees.
• Promote efficiency and improve staff skills.
• Maintain attendance and training registers.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback from training.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify improvement areas.
• Provide daily updates on in-store training activity.
• Collaborate with teams to drive restaurant performance.
• Support new store openings with mentoring and coaching.
• Assist Training Department with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
• Deliver presentations on Pedros Training Modules and SOPs.
• Take charge of GP & GRV training and troubleshooting for stores.
• Lead multi-store training, program design, and practical assessments.
