Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory, team leader, assistant manager, or junior store manager role within QSR, fast food, restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Experience with stock control and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Restaurant General Manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
• Leading, motivating, and developing team members to deliver their best.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Assisting with staff scheduling, stock control, and daily administration.
