Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years in supervisory roles within QSR/retail, strong people leadership, and a hands-on, positive attitude. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).
• 2–3 years in supervisory/ junior management in QSR/retail/hospitality.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong customer service understanding.
• Experience with stock control and cash handling.
• Basic computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Reliable transport.
• Clear criminal record.
• SA citizenship or valid work permit.
• Desire to build long-term operations career.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
• Assist with staff scheduling, stock control, and admin.
• Drive sales and help store hit targets.
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Monitor operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Cover store management in the Store Manager’s absence.
