Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking an Operations Manager for CashMaster in KZN. You will oversee day-to-day regional operations, ensure client requirements are met, and lead a team of technicians to deliver high service standards from our Durban base.

The role requires 5+ years in operations within security, PSIRA Grade B, and strong leadership. You will drive planning, reporting, and client liaison, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• PSIRA Grade B registered.
• Valid Driver’s License with own reliable transport.
• At least 5 years’ Opexperience in the operations environment (security industry or similar).
• Staff management experience; HR/IR knowledge advantageous.
• Computer literacy with expert knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relations between Fidelity CashMaster and the Client with regard to services rendered.
• Manage allocated areas to ensure that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client.
• Ensure that all Technicians in the field meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the Client.
• Constantly evaluate the service levels provided and make recommendations for improvements.
• General management and supervision of Technical staff to ensure performance targets are met.
• Deal with all required administration matters.
• Liaise daily with management on operational issues.
• Liaise daily with Regional Managers on operational matters.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to client and Regional Manager.
• Submit weekly/monthly incident and general reports to Management.
• Investigate incidents and report on such.
• Pro-active planning on various sites and clients.
