Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You own the top of the funnel, researching ICP accounts and booking meetings with qualified decision makers.

You will use LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to maintain high-quality touchpoints and meet volume goals. Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, experience in B2B sales, and a strong ability to personalize outreach.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred and quota-driven mindset.
• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role is advantageous.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools mentioned for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source ideal accounts based on ICP and research targets.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.
